Margaret Swires is our BMS (Baptist Missionary Society) link Missionary and has recently moved to Peru to begin new work for the BMS. This has also meant her having to learn a new language! Hunslet supports Margaret prayerfully and financially. Margaret is working with the Peruvian Baptist Convention in the area of holistic ministry, initially in the capital city Lima. She relocated to Peru in November 2005 following 20 years with BMS in Brazil. "We are seeking out what other organisations are doing in this area in order to see how we can work in our churches, alerting to the problems, prevention and help. As ever the key is how to present the programmes. I have been to many very proficient conferences and training sessions on an incredibly wide variety of subjects, but am concerned at the amazingly low level of actual action after words. The Lord has promised that the dry times are nearly over and the blessings are coming, so keep praying with me." extract from Margaret'sPrayer Diary
